Thursday Market at the Square

Every Thursday throughout the year, a group of dedicated producers gather at the square with a varied selection of locally produced food and gourmet products. You'll find microgreens, specialty mushrooms, fresh potatoes, handmade yoghurts, wild boar, miso and tamari – the exact selection changes with the season and what producers have available.

Meet Søagergård, Hyldemarken, Sweets N Greens, Meta Fermentary and Drys – small-scale producers working with high quality and craftsmanship from farm to table. Visit the square between 3–7 pm, explore the season's offerings and have a chat with the people behind the products.
