Join a fun and unique introduction to underwater rugby — a distinctive water sport combining rugby rules with snorkeling underwater. The training is designed for youth players with no prior experience in the sport.
The session starts with changing and bathing from 19:15, and training begins at the pool at 19:30 and lasts 1 hour. Allow approximately 15 minutes extra for changing at both ends.
What to bring
- Swimming shorts (boys) or swimming costume (girls) — not bikini
- Towel
- Water bottle
All necessary equipment — snorkel, mask, fins, hood and ball — is provided by the club. You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, as this is a requirement to use the swimming hall.
This is a free trial training arranged by Amager UV-Rugby Club — Youth. Registration is required.
