Join author Thomas Thaulov Raab for a fascinating lecture about sleep and the brain's mysteries. We spend about one-third of our lives sleeping, but what actually happens behind our closed eyes? Raab takes you through the exciting history of sleep research and explains what processes unfold in the brain when we sleep and dream.
During the lecture, you will receive practical tips for improving your nights and gain insight into what works and why. You will also gain perspective on the fact that we often sleep more than we think, and that the body can function well and maintain good health even during periods of less sleep. The lecture is based on Raab's book "The Mystery of the Sleeping Brain", which he wrote together with Peter Lund Madsen.
