From crisp to bold – taste your way through wine's diversity! SIPsomm and Absalon invite you to a relaxed wine tasting where participants experience four different wine styles – from fresh and crisp to fruity, aromatic and bold.
During the tasting, discover what makes wines different through elements such as acidity, fruit, body, sweetness and tannin. You'll learn how these components influence the flavor and character of what's in your glass. No prior knowledge is required – the event is about tasting, guessing, discussing and discovering your own preferences.
The evening concludes with a fun wine quiz where both experienced sommeliers and beginners can participate. Sommelier Amalie from SIPsomm guides the entire program.
