Volleyball for Adults and Seniors

A fun and social volleyball training session for adults and seniors, combining physical activity with good company and enjoyment. Training takes place every Wednesday from 11:00–12:00 at EnergiCenter Voldparken, Kobbelvænget 65, 2700 Brønshøj.

The season runs from August to September, with closures in July and on public holidays.

Beginners can try for free three times with no commitment. If you wish to continue, membership costs 50 kr. per month. Registration for your first training session is free.
