Event details

White Guide brings together Denmark's most esteemed restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers and critics for a glamorous awards show and gala dinner. Throughout the festive meal, the country's best restaurants and culinary talents are recognized through a range of prestigious awards.

Among the prizes being awarded are Young Chef of the Year, Jan Restorff Award (for service experience), Wine Experience of the Year, Dessert Experience of the Year and New Restaurant of the Year. The highlight is the live announcement of Denmark's ten best restaurants, culminating in the presentation of Restaurant of the Year 2026.

The gala dinner features carefully selected produce from Denmark's top restaurant scene, including fine wines, caviar and other exclusive taste experiences. Host Miriam Zesler and expert Helle Brønnum Carlsen guide the evening with a grand stage show.
