This blend of yoga and artistic expression invites you to combine body awareness with creative self-expression. The session unfolds in two complementary parts: first, a gentle 45-minute yoga practice with a focus on calm flow and bodily connection, followed by 45 minutes dedicated to artistic activity using watercolor painting.
Instructor Natasha brings both her profound yoga knowledge (15 years of practice) and her work in art and music therapy to the class. Her teaching style promotes spontaneity, playfulness, and a sense of community — both during the yoga flow and throughout the creative work with colors.
The event suits everyone, regardless of artistic sophistication or yoga level. You don't need to be an experienced artist or yoga student to benefit fully; the focus is on immersion, relaxation, and the creative process itself. The class is taught in English.
