Amar:Litt: An Evening with Romantasy

Amar:Litt invites you to an evening dedicated to the romantasy genre – a fascinating fusion of romance and fantasy that has captivated the literary world. Few literary genres have received as much attention today, and romantasy has created strong, nuanced characters, thrilling worlds, and – most importantly – passionate reader communities on social media and in book clubs.

The evening features a conversation between publishing professional and romantasy specialist Nikoline Rosenbjerg Kjeldsen and author Maren Lemb, who wrote »Sun's Gift«, the first book in the romantasy series »Between the Mountains«. Together they explore genre trends, subgenres, communities, and stars such as Rebecca Yarros and Sarah Maas – as well as the spice that characterizes the genre.

Amar:Litt is a volunteer initiative dedicated to literary events on Amager, supported by Copenhagen Municipality Libraries and the Amager East Local Board.
