A unique opportunity to meet Claus Henriksen, the Michelin-starred chef behind MOTA in Odsherred, as he steps out of the restaurant kitchen to share his gastronomic knowledge and passion. With nature as inspiration and local ingredients at the centre, Claus has created his own unique universe within Nordic gastronomy, built on experiences from both Noma and Dragsholm Slot.

Under the guidance of host Marie Holm, you will gain insight into his cooking approach, inspiring perspectives on working with ingredients, and the opportunity to taste small preparations that Claus offers the audience. An afternoon dedicated to understanding how nature's ingredients become exceptional taste experiences.

The masterclass is part of "A Taste of the Stars", a programme series in honour of MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony Nordic Countries 2025 and 2026.
