The masterclass takes place on Saturday, October 31st and is part of the program series "A Bite of the Stars," celebrating Danish gastronomy in connection with MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony Nordic Countries 2025 and 2026. Your ticket (20 kr.) grants access to all of Book Forum and masterclass seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Approximately 100 guests can attend the "Food and People" area.
