Meet acclaimed chef Kamilla Seidler as she guides you through her gastronomic universe. With Marie Holm as host, Kamilla opens the door to her experiences, ideas, and the flavours that inspire her today. She has shaped both Danish and international gastronomy through her work with Gustu in Bolivia, Restaurant Lola on Christianshavn, and today at Nordhus in Nordhavn, where food, culture, and community gather around shared tables.
The experience includes compelling stories, inspiration for your own kitchen, and tastings from Kamilla's hand as she demonstrates how her passion for food takes shape on the plate. This is part of the programme series A Taste of the Stars, which celebrates the breadth, quality, and diversity of Danish gastronomy in connection with MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony Nordic Countries 2025 and 2026.
