CatalansDK celebrates 30 years as a cultural gathering place for the Catalan community in Copenhagen. From its foundation as Casal Català de Cultura in 1996, the organization has grown into a vibrant platform for culture, community, and tradition.
Embark on a festive journey through the casal's history. Meet former leaders, enjoy live music for all ages, and experience iconic moments from the past three decades. Learn about emigration to Denmark 50 years ago from the organization's oldest members, and celebrate with an authentic Catalan castell performance by the local Xiquets de Copenhaguen.

The afternoon also features activities for children. La Geganta – which has offered psychomotor instruction in Catalan to families for nearly 20 years – and the Copenhagen Catalan Film Festival also contribute special performances.
Practical Info
Afternoon activities are free without pre-registration. Dinner and concert require tickets via Billetto – choose sandwich type when purchasing. Ticket sales close one week before the event. Beverages served by Xiquets de Copenhaguen.
