A fantastic musical children's performance at the Royal Theatre – Playhouse, where the beloved characters from "The Little Ones Sing" collection come to life on stage. From the baker on Nørregade to Ole and his automobile and ten little cyclists – all meet in a dreamlike world filled with quirky characters and magical moments.
The story follows young Emil, who falls asleep to his grandmother's lullaby and awakens in a wonderful dream land where he meets a girl named Liva. Here all sorts of funny characters populate the landscape – a gnome, a kitten, a lark pupil, and many more from the songbook that generations of Danish children have grown up with. Director Stine Schrøder Jensen and composer Laus Høbye create a sparkling, imaginative experience full of music, humour and songs that the children can sing along to.
The performance plays at the Royal Theatre – Playhouse. Ticket prices from 105 to 315 DKK.
