Gain a fundamental understanding of AB 18, ABR 18 and ABT 18 – the central contract documents in Danish construction. This course equips you with the tools you need to navigate complex construction projects safely, manage contracts and prevent legal conflicts.
The course is designed for developers, contractors, advisors and other construction professionals working with enterprise agreements. Teaching covers risk and responsibility allocation, security deposits, insurance, advisor duties and total enterprise contracts. You will work through conflict resolution via AB 18's dispute resolution ladder, time planning and delay management, economic rules regarding payments and index adjustment, as well as termination and insolvency scenarios.

The instructor is attorney Simon Heising, who specializes in enterprise agreements, insurance law and real estate, and regularly teaches at the Insurance Academy, Byggecentrum and JUC.
