Explore Christianshavn through music history on a guided walking tour with Claus Hagen Petersen. The tour follows Kim Larsen and Gasolin's paths through this atmospheric neighborhood and explores the places that inspired Denmark's greatest rock band.
Meeting point is Christianshavns Square, and from there we walk along the canal past Sofiegården, where Kim lived and where Gasolin was founded. Along the way, other iconic spots are visited, such as Vor Frelsers Church, Kofoeds School, and Christianshavn Canal – all immortalized in the band's words and music.
Claus Hagen also shares the history of Christianshavn as a neighborhood: the spirits, sailors, B&W workers, and quirky characters who once filled the streets. This is cultural history presented through all the senses, taking place exactly where the events unfolded. Come alone or bring family and friends for a shared experience.
