Singer Monique presents a festive Christmas concert filled with yuletide spirit and classic melodies. Drawing from her album "CHRISTMAS," she performs English and American Christmas songs in her own interpretation, combined with traditional Danish Christmas hymns.
The concert spans several genres — gospel, jazz, and pop — and includes Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," which Monique has recorded and sent to Cohen himself, who gave his approval. She also celebrates her work for Disney with songs such as "When you wish upon a star." Between songs, Monique shares small, cozy, and humorous stories from her Christmas experiences around the world.
Monique promises to create Christmas peace and bring us closer to the message of Christmas about love. The concert lasts 75 minutes without intermission. Doors open at 18:00 before the performance, and you can purchase refreshments in the castle's basement bar.
