Junkyard Drive takes the stage at Lille VEGA with pure rock music from the heart. The Danish band has been a fixture on the rock scene since 2014 with their razor-sharp, melodic sound and explosive energy. The guitar pedal is cranked to maximum, and the bass thunders relentlessly.
In 2024, the band released their fourth album, Look At Me Now, which thunders with powerful bass lines, outstanding guitar work, and driving drums. Music outlet Soundscribe described the work as a reminder of rock music's power to move and transform.
In recent years, Junkyard Drive has toured intensively across Europe alongside established acts such as The Lazys, Steel Panther, and Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. The band draws inspiration from classic giants like Guns N'Roses, The Cult, and D-A-D, while creating their own unique musical universe.
At the Lille VEGA concert, you'll see the band with their latest creation Squeeze behind them – the result of an uncompromising DIY approach where the musicians took full control of the entire process from demos to release.
