Ophelia Sangill, Ludvig Šmidl and PROJECT: Mélange

A concert with Ophelia Sangill, Ludvig Šmidl and PROJECT: Mélange, where classical guitar meets electric guitar, vocals, drums and a sound world between progressive rock, post-rock and dreamlike atmospheres. The band’s first album draws inspiration from H.P. Lovecraft’s dark and mythological universe and musically explores the beings, forces and elements found within it.

PROJECT: Mélange consists of Ludvig Šmidl, Ophelia Sangill, Tomáš Bazo and Albert Sangill. Ophelia Sangill is a guitarist, singer and composer studying in the soloist class at the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Ludvig Šmidl is a classical guitarist with an interest in flamenco, folk music and new sonic landscapes, and he also studies in the soloist class at the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
