Experience an exclusive Champagne tasting featuring seven different vintages from the small grower producer Simon Rion. This is a vertical tasting where you will taste nine different Champagnes side by side and discover how harvest years affect the wine's development, aromas, acidity, structure and complexity.
Simon Rion is a family-owned domaine from Courmas in Montagne de Reims, where the family has worked with Champagne for four generations. Simon took over after his father Pascal in 2007 and today works with just around 2.15 hectares of vineyard with primarily Meunier and Pinot Noir plus a small amount of Chardonnay. The estate works without herbicides, the soil is tended mechanically, and production is certified HVE and Viticulture Durable en Champagne.
