Join a cosy evening focused on handcraft and creativity, exploring stamps and embroidery with Puk Hyllested. The workshop combines two techniques: first creating your own stamp using simple methods, then printing and embroidering on fabric.
You'll start by carving a personal stamp – the technique is straightforward and the results can decorate cards, notebooks, clothing and more. Next, use your stamp to print patterns on textiles, which you then embroider with simple stitches. No experience needed – the workshop suits all levels.
Feel free to bring your own shirt, bag or cotton textile to embroider on. Materials are also provided for small patches that you can sew onto clothing or accessories afterwards. Puk Hyllested's new book Stempler du selv kan lave (launching October) with inspiration, guidance and imagery will be available for purchase. The atmosphere is relaxed – you're welcome to bring your own food, while coffee, tea and snacks are served throughout the evening.
