Young People's Stories About Social Media

What is it like to grow up in a world shaped by social media and its expectations? A group of young people from Frederiksberg share their personal stories about coming of age online – their experiences, doubts, and hopes. Together with C:NTACT's story developers, they have created works that create space for recognition and community among audiences.

The performance provides insight into the young people's world and highlights how each of us contributes daily to shaping the culture around social media. After the performance, there will be a Q&A where the audience can ask questions and engage in dialogue with the participants.

The event is particularly aimed at young people in lower secondary school or vocational training, but all interested parties are welcome. The inspiration comes from the production GRWM, which C:NTACT created in collaboration with artist Helin Erdem at Aveny-T.
