Join a wine journey through northern Spanish terrain. Together with Henrik from "HvadDrikkerManTil," we explore wines from the celebrated Camino route—a trail through France and Spain with experiences from each region along the way.
The journey starts in Roussillon at the French foot of the Pyrenees and continues south through some of Spain's most important wine regions: Rioja's classic varieties, Bierzo's characteristic wines, and Rías Baixas maritime offerings. Along the way, you'll encounter tempranillo, garnacha, mencía, albariño, and viura—produced by young winemakers reinterpreting traditions and small organic or minimal-intervention wineries where terroir, personality, and natural cultivation take center stage.
Mountains, rivers, high plateaus, the Bay of Biscay, and the Atlantic Ocean shape this entire landscape and create wines with freshness, complexity, and unique character. You don't need to be a wine expert or have walked the Camino yourself—come and be inspired by Henrik's guidance through northern Spain's wine culture.
