Lundehus Basketball is one of Denmark's fastest-growing clubs with a special focus on girls' basketball. Today, girls make up 52% of the club's membership, and the girls' teams are known for strong camaraderie and inspiring coaching teams. The club was recently named "Copenhagen's Sports Association of the Year 2025" by Copenhagen Municipality and DGI.
As a U13 girl, you will train 2-3 times per week. Friendship and community are central, while the girls develop both as a team and as individuals. Last year, the U13 team won the Gothenburg Basketball Festival. There is room for everyone – both those who want to try basketball for the first time and those seeking greater challenges.
Training Schedule
- Tuesdays 16:30-18:00, TK Ungdomgård (near Emdrup Station)
- Wednesdays 17:45-19:00, Gladsaxe Sports Centre
- Fridays 15:30-16:30, Lundehushallen (near Lundehusskolen / Emdrup Station)
Lundehus Basketball has a unique "Friendship Guarantee": If you don't find at least 3 new friends after 3 training sessions, you get all your money back. The club also gladly helps families with economic difficulties apply for membership subsidies.
