A special culinary evening where Filipino heritage meets Argentine family tradition. Chef Mark Nallos opens his kitchen in collaboration with guest chef Maximiliano from Norte, creating a dining experience that blends childhood memories with Nordic seasonal ingredients.
The menu reimagines Mark Nallos' mother's classic Filipino dishes alongside Maxi's regional Argentine cuisine from Jujuy and Tucumán. From hand-rolled empanadas and traditional northern Argentine locro stew to Filipino laing and tamarind mushroom broth — each plate tells a personal story. The flavours are marked by crispy garlic, deep umami, burning heat and tangy vinegar.
