Mix 1 is Amager Volley's team for volleyball players who want to play on a mixed team with men, women, and everyone in between. The team offers a strong community with both enjoyable training sessions and match days.
Players on the team range from 20 to 55 years old, and there is room for people of all ages. Training takes place on Mondays in hall 3 and Wednesdays in hall 2 at Sundby Idrætspark.
