Zanshin Karate Amager welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners to training sessions. The trial session is free and is a perfect opportunity to learn karate fundamentals or gain new inspiration.

Come dressed in loose-fitting pants and a t-shirt. Training takes place barefoot. Contact Lars Grønnegaard on phone 29688473 to learn more or sign up for a free trial session.
