An inspiring workshop on modern witchcraft practices and the power of rituals, where you meet anthropologist and digital instructor Asta Wellejus. Together, you will explore rituals as tools for transformation and meaning-making, particularly through the year's significant transitions.
Asta shares her knowledge of what magical rituals are, how they are constructed, and their significance in both ceremonial and everyday situations. The workshop focuses on transformative rituals that mark the year's shifts, as well as the quiet, important rituals of daily life. You will learn to create your own rituals and find the transition from the ordinary to the ritualistic.
You are welcome to bring your own ritual objects – drums, rattles, singing bowls or whatever holds meaning for your practice. The program unfolds according to the group's contributions, making it a truly dialogical experience.
Before the workshop, you can freely visit the museum's special exhibition "The Seeking Human" in the foyer, where Asta herself contributes perspectives on modern witchcraft and nature connections. Coffee, tea and cake are included in the ticket price.
