Sewing Workshop at Vesterbro Library and Cultural Center

Join the sewing workshop and work on your own sewing projects in a warm and creative community. Here, people of all skill levels – from beginners to experienced sewers – come together to express their creativity through textile work. Whether it's repair, recreation, or completely new creations, all projects are welcome.

The workshop operates on an open concept where you work on your own ideas while having the opportunity to be inspired and receive advice from other participants. There are no skill requirements – the most important thing is curiosity and the desire to try. Whether you have pieces to mend or a completely new project, the others are happy to share their knowledge and help along the way.

Bring your own textiles, thread in matching colors, and any finished projects that need sewing or repair. All ages and backgrounds are welcome, and the atmosphere is characterized by mutual support and openness.
