U9-U10 Handball - Looking for New Team Members

Your child is welcome to try handball if they were born in 2016 or 2017. VHC/Vidar is forming a new team with space for more children who want to give it a try.

The team currently has around eight girls and two dedicated coaches. We prioritize play, community and social relations, while also providing opportunities to develop handball skills and understanding. Most importantly: it should be fun to play!

At VHC/Vidar, we focus on learning through ball games and play that develop physical, tactical and social competencies. Our volunteer coaches are here to support both on the handball court and in everyday life. We encourage parents to be active in the team's organization, practical tasks and children's participation in training and matches.
